Shian Chuan

Shian Chuan is a successful executive coach who had been running her practice off a single-page placeholder website she’d built a decade earlier. She was ready to level up: expand her brand, launch digital products, and build a real online presence that matched the quality of her coaching.

This was a 12-week coaching and design engagement. On the strategy side, I worked with Shian to refine her positioning, structure her offerings, and build an implementation plan. On the design side, I built a complete WordPress site with Divi, writing the copy, creating graphics, and designing multiple landing pages optimized for conversion. I also designed her ebook and lead magnet materials, set up Google Ads campaigns, integrated email marketing, and built an 8-week drip marketing funnel to nurture leads from first touch through to booking.

Shian launched with a professional site, a working ad-to-funnel pipeline, and digital products ready to sell. The Google Ads campaigns drove solid click-through rates, and the overall funnel converted at approximately 8%, turning her decade-old placeholder into a business that actively generates leads and revenue.
